The afternoon high tea sets are getting a Chinese New Year makeover with a flavourful selection of savoury delicacies and a delicious array of sweet treats. This Lunar New Year twist draws inspiration from local & Chinese dishes featuring chicken Bak Kwa with cucumber sandwich, Siew Mai slider in charcoal bun with Hoisin sauce and scones with orange marmalade.
Little ones can also welcome the Year of the Ox with the kids set that includes crispy chocolate bar, savoury finger sandwiches and other sweet creations from our culinary team.
