Herald the Year of the Rat on a pampering note with specially crafted Chinese New Year delicacies created by Executive Chef Bobby Krishnan. From smoked salmon & lemon cream on white bread, mandarin orange chocolate cake with cream cheese and pineapple cheese cake, to the classic fresh baked scones, it is a culinary journey of east meets west that will have your tastebuds dancing for more.

Festive themed dainty bites take centre stage with twists on familiar snacks such as Kumquat Panna Cotta and chicken Bak Kwa on raisin brioche. Local delights such as crispy fish skin with salted egg is also carefully blended into this afternoon celebration of abundance and prosperity.

Stay on after 5pm to enjoy our daily Super Happy Hour with 1-for-1 on all alcoholic beverages.
