The Halal verified lunch and dinner buffet at Window on the Park takes diners on a culinary journey through the rich gastronomic culture of Singapore, Asia and the world.
Indulge in a scrumptious buffet spread showcasing a diversity of flavours and savour some local favourites at one of Singapore’s most sought after local, Asian & seafood buffet restaurants. Begin your dining experience with the seafood on ice which includes freshly shucked oysters (dinner only), poached prawns, cold Canadian black mussels and more. Complementing the buffet spread are DIY stations of Singapore fruit Rojak and Kueh Pie Tee along with the live noodle station where Chefs prepare bowls of local goodness from their signature Laksa to prawn noodles and Mee Rebus.
From the buffet spread comes Japanese, Moroccan, Chinese, Indonesian and Indian cuisine, as well as a delectable dessert station with Haig Road Putu Piring (Monday & Wednesday) and Executive Chef Bobby's signature creation - Pisang Goreng complemented with chocolate sauce, grated cheese, peanuts and rainbow chips (Tuesday & Thursday) that will leave you spoilt for choice.
Wok specials abound for dinner. On weekday evenings (Monday to Thursday), savour in seafood Mee Goreng (Malay style stir-fried noodles with seafood and spicy seasonings) served to your table. Relive the highly popular hawker culture of Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia in air-conditioned comfort, an ideal dish to enjoy after a full day’s work.
A perfect combination of peppery spiciness and a hint of sweetness describe the black pepper seafood in a wok, available only on weekend evenings (Friday to Sunday), alternatively, opt for the mushroom cream with cheese for a non-spicy option.
