Observe the traditional breaking of fast with a single date then get ready to savour in an elaborate feast which is seen as a blessing to be enjoyed with the community. Located on level 2, Window on the Park presents tantalising dishes like Ayam Masak Merah in spicy tomato sauce, Spanish mackerel “Asam Pedas” and sambal egg “Belado” with onion.

Tuck into a variety of cuisine, ranging from Indonesian dishes such as Nasi Goreng Kampung, a Moroccan corner of Baba Ghanoush, Fattoush salad, Hummus and pita bread, Indian cuisine of chicken Briyani and mixed Raita to international offerings including freshly shucked Canadian oysters and poached tiger Prawns, assorted sushi and salmon sashimi.

The buffet spread also features wok fried “Har Lok” tiger prawns with scallion and signature dishes such as Soto Ayam, Bubur Lambuk Daging (spiced porridge) and spiced beef Rendang. On different days of the week, experience rotating specials from the noodle station like Chef’s Signature Singapore Laksa, Mee Rebus and prawn noodle soup.

Presenting a showcase of favourites, Window on the Park serves up freshly grilled assorted satay, butterfly and tempura prawns with Wasabi mayo and Gado Gado salad [fried tofu, Tempeh, eggs, beansprouts, and Lontong (rice cakes) served with a creamy peanut sauce.] On the weekends, from Fridays till Sunday, you won’t want to miss the seafood in a wok featuring a medley of lobster, crab, crayfish, prawn, clams and mussels in three flavours of black pepper, mushroom cream & cheese and onion sambal. Then quench your thirst with homemade bandung and Teh Tarik.

For desserts, look forward to Executive Chef Ken’s signature of a Ramadan centric treat - Ondeh Ondeh cake and the red velvet with marshmallow. To culminate your dining experience, cleanse your palette with sweet treats like Pulut Hitam, Kueh Lapis and assorted Nyonya kueh.
